- prepare project management documents and supporting schedule
- provide regular highlight reports
- keep issue logs up to date
- regularly review and update the risk management plan
- ensure the client agrees that project milestones are completed
Our guarantee to you is that we will not place a project manager with a client unless the client and we are both are convinced they are up to the job. We would prefer to lose business than leave the client unsatisfied at the end of an engagement.
